Negotiations to acquire Corporación Lindley’s stake re-initiated

Monterrey, Mexico, August 31, 2018.-Arca Continental, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Arca Continental” or “the Company”) (BMV: AC) the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America, reports that its subsidiary, AC Bebidas, S. de R.L. de C.V., will re-initiate negotiations with Peru Beverage Limitada S.R.L, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, to acquire 38.52% of the capital stock of Corporación Lindley S.A., which represents the totality of its stake in that company and consists exclusively of common shares with voting rights that are not listed on the Public Record of the Authority of the Securities Market of Peru nor on the Lima Stock Exchange.
